Umergency App Key Features

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to terminate Umergency.

As of January 22, 2024, Umergency will no longer be available for use. We understand that this may be disappointing news, and we want to assure you that we are committed to helping our users navigate the wind down.

Here’s what you need to know:

Data Deletion
Please note: After January 22, 2024, all user data will be deleted to protect users’ data and to comply with data protection law.

Account Deletion
If you wish to delete the app yourself (and your account), follow the instructions below, which differ slightly between iOS and Android devices:

For iOS Users (App Store) to delete the app from the device:
      – Touch and hold the app on the Home Screen.
      – Tap “Remove App” and then “Delete App” to confirm.

For Android Users (Google Play Store):
   – Open the Google Play Store app.
   – At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
   – Tap “Manage apps & devices” and then “Manage.”
   – Tap the name of the app you want to delete.
